The tiger and the girls

THE TIGER AND THE GIRLS
Hand-woven copper wire sculpture

The Tiger and the Girls by Davide Dall’Osso is a precise sign placed atop the hill: a tiger, symbol of the mother, and her girls. The tiger “contains” the two daughters, parts of herself, protecting them and at the same time showing them the path that opens up before them, guiding them towards the future.

From this height, among the soft profiles of the California hills, the gaze follows the path indicated by the tiger: a path of growth, freedom, and discovery that disappears into the horizon.
